Method of preparation:

  • Peel carrots and coarsely rub.
  • Cut the peeled onion into small pieces.
  • Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, wash the pepper, cut it into 4 pieces, and cut them into thin strips.
  • If you like spicy dishes, cut into thin strips and half a pod of hot pepper.
  • Chop parsley finely.

  • salt, pepper - to taste.
