Ingredients:

  • 350 g of cottage cheese;
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries;
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 4 tbsp. l semolina;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream.

Cooking

1. Prepare all the necessary products - measure the required amount of sugar and semolina, cottage cheese. By the way, if the cheese is sour, then you can use a little more sugar.

2. Into a bowl, hammer in one large or a couple of small eggs, add sugar and stir everything using a whisk.
