Pork ribs stewed in a slow cooker are very tasty, juicy and nutritious. They, undoubtedly, will be pleasant both to the men who are not thinking of life without meat, and those who prefer vegetables. A great addition to the ribs prepared in this way will be boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
You will need:
- pork ribs - 1, 5 kg,
- Bulgarian red and green pepper - 3-4 pieces (in the absence of fresh, we will use frozen pepper),
- carrots - 2 large pieces,
- bulb onion - 2 pieces,
- tomato - 1 piece,
- tomato paste - 2 tablespoons,
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons,
- salt - to taste,
- ground black pepper - to taste,
- seasoning for meat - to taste.
Preparation Method
1. Prepare the products listed in the ingredients list.
2. My pepper. We clean. Cut into strips.
3. Carrot clean. Rub on a coarse grater.
4. Clean the onion. Mine Divide into 4-6 parts, cut into strips.
5. My tomato. Cut into cubes.
6. Chopped chop into portion slices with salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings and pour with soy sauce. Stir.
7. Mix the ribs with chopped vegetables, add the tomato paste. Mix well. Leave for a couple of hours to marinate.
8. Marinated ribs, along with vegetables, are placed in a multicooker bowl. Set the mode “Quenching” (for 2 hours).
9. After the characteristic signal of the multicooker informing you that the dish is ready, we spread the ribs on a serving dish and decorate the table with them.
