  • The salmon will be softer if marinated before cooking. A lot of seasoning is not needed: enough black pepper and lemon juice. Pepper grind better immediately before cooking salmon - then the dish will turn out especially fragrant. Lemon juice will be easier to squeeze out if you roll it on the table beforehand, pressing it with your palm. Additionally, when cooking, you can use spicy herbs that will make the dish fragrant. Composition:

  • salmon - 1, 8-2, 2 kg;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • celery greens - 5 sprigs;
  • parsley - 5 sprigs;
  • Provencal herbs - 5 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • butter - 40 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel and wash the salmon, dry the carcass with a kitchen towel. Cut the fins, and leave the head and tail. However, if the fish is too large, the tail and head can be removed, although without them, whole-baked salmon will look less appetizing.
  • Rub the fish on top and outside with a mixture of pepper, salt and herbs. Sprinkle it with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • On a baking sheet, lay the foil folded in half, leaving the stock in order to wrap the whole salmon in it.
  • Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil. To keep the oil layer thin, use a cooking brush.
  • Place the fish on the foil. Inside it, place the celery and parsley sprigs. Top with thin slices of butter.
  • Lift the edges of the foil and secure them from above.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put in a pan with salmon. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Unroll the foil and continue baking the fish for another 10-15 minutes, until it gets an appetizing shade.

This dish can decorate a banquet table. Serve salmon, baked according to this recipe, it is better to whole, laid out on a large dish and garnished with slices of lemon, celery and parsley.

Salmon fillet baked in foil with lemon and onion

Composition:

  • salmon fillet - 0, 9 kg;
  • lemon - 2 pcs .;
  • badyan - 2 g;
  • marjoram - 2 g;
  • black ground pepper - 5 g;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash fillet of salmon in cool water, blot with a napkin, rub with a mixture of marjoram, star anise, pepper and salt.
  • Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
  • Pour half the oil specified in the recipe into the pan. Heat the oil and put onions in it, fry for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the remaining oil into another frying pan (or in the same pan, removing from the onions, washing and drying).
  • Wash the lemons and cut into circles, removing the bones.
  • Fry lemon slices in pure oil from both sides. On each side you need to fry for 2 minutes on a flame of medium intensity.
  • In the baking dish, make a foil bed.
  • Put the fried onion in the form, pour in the oil in which it was fried.
  • Place the salmon fillet on top.
  • In the next layer, place the lemon.
  • Wrap the edges of the foil so that they cover the form instead of the cover. If there is a cover, you can use it.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees, put in a form with salmon.
  • After half an hour, open the lid or unfold the foil. Continue baking fish for another 10 minutes.

Serve baked salmon in foil, preferably with a side dish. For this fit baked vegetables, potatoes, rice.

Salmon baked in the oven with cheese

Composition:

  • salmon steak - 0, 4 kg;
  • tomato - 100 g;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • bulb onion - 75 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • salt and spice - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Defrost the salmon steak. Carefully remove the skin. Rinse the steak in cool water, blot with a napkin, rub with salt and spices. Squeeze half a lemon juice on a steak.
  • Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
  • Chop the garlic as small as possible with a knife (no need to pass through the press).
  • Rub cheese on a fine grater.
  • Fold the foil in half with the shiny side up, lubricate with oil.
  • Place the pickled salmon on the foil. Sprinkle it with onion and garlic.
  • Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices. Cover these steak mugs.
  • Pour all the cheese and wrap in foil so that there is some free space on top.
  • Put the fish in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake fish for 35 minutes.
  • Roll out the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes.

Such a dish can be served with or without garnish. On the holiday table, it will also look great.

Salmon baked with potatoes

Composition:

  • salmon fillet - 0, 4 kg;
  • new potatoes - 0, 5 kg;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • soy sauce - 40 ml;
  • greens - to taste;
  • pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse the salmon fillet. Dry with a napkin. Cut into portions.
  • Mix soy sauce with pepper and pickle salmon in it. In the marinade it is enough to hold it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small bars. Pepper slightly.
  • Fold the potatoes in a roasting sleeve.
  • Place the salmon on the potatoes.
  • Chop the greens and sprinkle salmon on it.
  • Tie the bag with a fork, making several holes in it. Put on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

The dish for this recipe is fragrant, with a spicy taste. Garnish to it is not required.

  • potatoes - 0, 3 kg;

  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Salmon steaks marinated in salt, pepper, lemon juice.
  • Wash vegetables, peel, cut into thin circles.
  • In a baking dish, place a foil smeared with vegetable oil, put slices of potato on it, add some salt and pepper them lightly. Potatoes must be divided in half - by the number of steaks.
  • Place the salmon steak on the potatoes.
  • Spread tomatoes, onions and carrots on steak, leaving half the vegetables for the second steak.
  • Place a few pieces of butter on top. Pack the steak in foil.
  • Do the same with the second steak.
  • Bake steaks in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes, then unfold the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
