Today we decided to present to your attention a step-by-step recipe “Mimosa”.

Ingredients

  • canned fish (saury or mackerel) - 1 jar,
  • boiled potatoes in a uniform - 2 pcs. medium size,
  • boiled carrots - 1 pc. medium size,
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.,
  • green onions - a few feathers,
  • mayonnaise - for refueling,
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking

1. Prepare all products listed.

2. Remove the canned fish from the oil, knead with a fork.

3. Eggs clean. Separate the whites from the yolks.
