About 20 years ago, it would not be so easy to cook a similar chicken with mushrooms - poultry is not cooked in 15 minutes, and wild mushrooms should be boiled anyway. But today we have at our disposal tender chicken fillet and greenhouse champignons, which can be eaten even raw, so there is an opportunity to make a very tasty meat dish with mushrooms in a creamy sauce on a fast hand.

By the way, hard cheese will not interfere here either - if you add a layer of it before the end of preparation, it will turn out very similar to “Julien”.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g chicken fillet;
  • mushrooms - 300 g;
  • sour cream;
  • salt, spices to taste;

1. To prepare juicy chicken fillet, prepare the necessary products. Mushrooms are washed and peeled, and the chicken fillet, if necessary, thawed.

2. Meat cut into pieces of medium size (approximately 3 to 3 cm). It is important that the pieces do not get too small.

3. Each champignon is divided into four equal parts.

4. Place the chicken meat on a preheated frying pan with high sides, after adding a little oil. We salt, we sprinkle with spices on own taste then we mix well.

5. When the meat is slightly fried, we place mushrooms on it.

6. Fill the products with sour cream (approximately 150 g). Thoroughly knead everything and leave to prepare for about 10 minutes. After trying on salt, if necessary, add saliva, and simmer another 7 minutes. We try for readiness.

7. Delicate chicken fillet with sour cream and mushrooms is ready. When serving, you can pour the dish with balsamic sauce.
