  • Sift flour.
  • Cut margarine into slices, mix with water and salt.
  • Heat in a water bath or on very low heat, stirring until the water boils. Margarine by this time it should completely melt.
  • Intensively whisk the contents of the pan, pour the flour into it.
  • Remove thickened dough from heat. Wait until it cools down to 50 degrees so that the eggs do not cook in it.

Method of preparation:

  • Remove the butter from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before starting the preparation of the snack, so that it is softened.
  • Crab sticks and cheese simultaneously with the extraction of oil from the refrigerator, put it in the freezer, so that it would be easier to grind them later.
  • Place boiled eggs. Boil them 10 minutes after boiling water in a saucepan. Salt the water itself so that the eggs are not cracked. Place the eggs under a stream of cold water to cool them faster. As a result, all the necessary ingredients will be prepared for one time.
  • Peel the eggs, mash the yolks with a fork.
  • Cream cheese and surimi rub, put to the yolks.

  • Boil a glass of water, add salt, sugar and 60 ml of vinegar to it, mix well.
  • Put the peeled onions in the marinade, leave for a few hours (you can also spend the night).
  • Chicken fillet cut into cubes of about 2-2, 5 cm.
  • Mix the kefir with the remaining vinegar and chicken seasoning.
  • Put the chicken fillet in kefir and leave for 30-60 minutes.
  • Put the chicken fillet in a baking dish and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The form must be oiled, cover with foil.
  • Cook the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
  • Dried apricots pour boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes. Drain, squeeze dried fruit.
  • String on wooden skewers, alternating, pieces of chicken, cubes of Adyghe and hard cheese, dried apricots and onions.
  • Send skewers for 2-3 minutes in the oven to soften the cheese.

Serving a snack should be hot, although after cooling it retains a pleasant taste.

Beef under pineapple

Composition:

  • mayonnaise - as required;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Remove skin from chicken breast. Cut off the meat from the bones and remove them, trying not to disturb the integrity of the fillet itself.
  • Place the chicken meat in the bag and beat it to make it as flat as possible.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken fillet, grease it with mayonnaise on the inside.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped dill.
  • Roll up the chicken fillet.
  • Using a cooking brush, coat the roll with a beaten egg on all sides, then roll the preparation in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the butter in a pan, put the roll in it. For 5 minutes, brown it on one side, then turn it over and fry on the other side for the same amount of time.

  • carrots - 0, 25 kg;
  • walnuts (peeled) - 100 g;
  • green onions - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • processed cheese - 0, 2 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Thaw the dough, divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece into a layer with a thickness of no more than 0, 5 cm. The layers must have the same shape and size, since one will have to assemble a cake.
  • Put the layers on a baking tray lined with parchment.
  • Heat oven to 180 degrees. Place in it a baking sheet with blanks. Bake them for 20 minutes, then cool.
  • Put canned food in a bowl with butter, mash with a fork.
  • Cool the melted cheese for 20 minutes in the freezer to make it easier to grind. Rub, split in half.
  • Put half of the cheese to the canned fish.
  • Free the onions from the husk, finely chop and place in a bowl of fish and cheese. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to them, mix well.
  • Wash carrots. Boil until ready. Wait for it to cool. Peel, chop on a grater. Put in a clean bowl.
  • Boil eggs hard, cool under cold running water, clean.
  • Grate the eggs and place them in the carrots.
  • Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan. Finely chop them with a knife.
  • Place half of the nut crumb on the carrot. Add mayonnaise, leaving half a spoon.
  • Add the remaining cheese to the carrots and eggs. Mix well.
  • A dish on which you will serve a snack cake to the table, in the center, cover with mayonnaise left. Put the first cake on it.
  • Put half the carrot mass on the cake. Cover the second cake.
  • On the second cake, place half the canned fish salad. Cover with a third cake plate.
  • Repeat layers, sprinkle top with remaining nut chips.
