Method of preparation:

Composition:

  • cod steaks - 0, 8 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • parsley - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • lemon peel - 5 g;
  • dried thyme - 5 g;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - as required;
  • dry white wine - 80 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the prepared cod into steaks. You can use the purchase. Wash, blot with a napkin. Smear with vegetable oil mixed with salt, pepper and dried thyme.
  • Crush the garlic with a hand press.
  • Chop parsley finely.

  • cod fillets - 0, 8 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 8 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 45 kg;
  • onions - 0, 3 kg;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • fresh spinach - 0, 3 kg;
  • Provencal herbs - 10 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml.

Method of preparation:
