  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • tomato paste (without sugar and salt) - 20 ml;
  • poultry ham - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop a bran into a flour state using a blender or a coffee grinder. In the absence of kitchen appliances, the product can be crushed using a potato masher.
  • Add baking powder and powdered milk to crushed bran, mix thoroughly.
  • In a small bowl, break the eggs, add salt. Beat the eggs with a fork.
  • Add protein isolate to eggs, which may be soy protein. Spread them to obtain a homogeneous composition.
  • Add yogurt, whisk with a fork or whisk.
  • Add the prepared dry mix, mix thoroughly.

  • Beat the eggs with a fork.
  • Add starch, salt and sweetener.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the dough into a silicone mold.
  • Set in the microwave. Cook on medium power for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken into small strips.

  • turkey ham - 50 g;
  • canned champignons - 50 g;
  • tomato - 50 g;
  • fresh greens - 50 g;
  • cheese - 20 g;
  • vegetable oil - 5-10 ml;
  • Ducane mayonnaise (optional) - 20 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop the bran into flour in any way you like.
  • Add salt and baking powder, mix.
  • Break eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork. Add to bran, mix.
  • Slightly dilute dough with kefir.
  • Grease the pan with vegetable oil, heat it up.
  • Pour the thick dough into the pan. Return the pan to the fire, cover with a lid.
  • When the dough starts to brown around the edges, turn the cake over and fry it for a minute on the other side.
  • Remove the pan from the heat.
