Ingredients:

  • noodles - 150 g (spaghetti is best used for making noodles, but if they are not there, ordinary egg noodles and even pasta will do),
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs.,
  • salt - to taste,
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Boil the noodles until ready, according to the instructions on the package, wash and combine with eggs.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Pour the prepared mass. Fry for 7-10 minutes until browning. For a better baking pan can be covered with a lid.
