Method of preparation:

  • Heat sour milk to about 30 degrees. Pour into it the yeast, sugar and salt, mix.
  • Wait a moment until a frothy cap appears, indicating that the yeast has worked.
  • Sift the flour, put it in a container with yogurt. At the same stage, you can enter vanillin.
