Chicken drumsticks stewed with vegetables in a slow cooker


  • chicken drumsticks - 5-7 pcs .;
  • carrots - 75 g;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • tomatoes - 300 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • sunflower oil - 20 g;
  • salt;

  • chicken drumsticks - 5-7 pcs .;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • unscented sunflower oil - 20 g;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.

Method of preparation

  • Pour oil into the bowl. In the frying mode, warm it well.
  • Rub and dry the dried drumsticks with salt and pepper, place in a bowl. Fry on all sides until light crust. If you cook the shins in sour cream, they should not be too fried, as this will adversely affect the appearance of the finished dish.
  • Put onion cut into thin half-rings, save to softness.
  • Pour all sour cream. Salt to taste, put bay leaf.
  • Set the “Extinguish” function on the display. Close the lid. Cook for 35 minutes. Chop the garlic and add to the dish five minutes before it is cooked.

Method of preparation
