According to the technology of cooking cabbage charlotte differs little from apple or baked with other fruits, but there are several features.

  • Charlotte can be cooked with cabbage of different species and varieties. Early white cabbage, as well as Peking, have tender leaves that are sufficient to grind. White cabbage of late varieties, as well as cauliflower and broccoli, require pre-boiling, frying or stewing. Composition:

  • onions - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 130 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • salt - 2-3 g;
  • sugar - 5 g;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • refined vegetable oil - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the cabbage, remove the top leaves from the head. Cut the desired size of the piece and finely chop it.
  • Free onion from the husk, cut into thin halves or quarters of rings.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions until golden brown.
  • Add cabbage. Stir. Cover the pan with the lid and stew the vegetables for 5-10 minutes, stirring a couple of times during this time.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse sauerkraut and squeeze.
  • Melt the butter over low heat or in a microwave. Mix with sugar, trying to dissolve it in oil completely.
  • When the oil has cooled to near room temperature, add two raw eggs to it. Whisk the products with a whisk. Salt, pepper and whisk again.
  • Mix sifted flour with baking powder, add to liquid base. Mix well.
  • Put the cabbage in the dough. Stir it, trying to distribute the filling evenly.
  • Put the resulting mass in a baking dish and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Composition:

  • wheat flour - 150 g;
  • meat or chicken mince - 0, 3 kg;
  • white cabbage - 0, 3 kg;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • kefir - 0, 2 l;
  • sour cream - 0, 2 l;
  • soda - 5 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - how much will go;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Eggs break into a bowl, add salt, pound with a whisk or fork.
  • In a bowl with eggs, add sour cream. Beat them together.
  • In kefir, pour in soda, mix, wait for the reaction. Pour the kefir in a bowl with other products. Whisk the contents of the bowl again.
  • Pour the sifted flour into a bowl and mix. You should get a homogeneous consistency without flour lumps.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put chopped onion and minced meat in it. Fry them until the mince is pale.
  • Salt and pepper the meat, add the finely chopped cabbage.
