Layered salad with fried liver is great for a festive table - it is delicious, moderately nourishing and appetizing, however, like all puff salads. In principle, he does not need to insist for a long time, as it contains sufficiently juicy ingredients - fried liver, onion, boiled carrots. You can decorate the salad at your discretion, taking into account the theme of the holiday.

If you want to make a more dietary version of the salad, replace the mayonnaise with low-fat sour cream, and instead of roasting, boil the liver and chop finely. Onions can be pickled. Although it will get a little different salad.

List of ingredients:

  • 200 g chicken liver,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil,
  • 2 chicken eggs,
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise,
  • 50 g of hard cheese
  • 1/5 tsp. salt,
  • greens before serving.

Cooking

1. As you can see, the list of products is quite small. For salad it is better to use chicken or turkey liver - it does not taste bitter, more gentle and easier to process. Rinse the liver and cut the veins, peel and finely chop the onion.

2. Boil carrots and chicken eggs, scrape carrots and rub on a fine grater.

3. Cool and clean the eggs, rub them on a fine grater, yolks with proteins.

4. Fry the liver with onions in vegetable oil, add salt. Then put them in a deep salad bowl. This layer may not be smeared with mayonnaise. But, having laid grated carrots on top of the liver, tamp it down and grease with mayonnaise.
