A wonderful quick breakfast, dinner, snack, snack to the unexpected arrival of guests, and even a hearty lunch at work — all this is contained in an ordinary sandwich, which, thanks to the special properties of cheese, is easily turned into a hot meal.
Such sandwiches are tasty even in the simplest form with cheese, but if you add a hunting sausage to it and put a couple of tomato rings, you get not just food, but real pleasure.
Cooking sandwiches for guests or for a large family, you can use the oven, but any microwave oven can easily handle one portion.
After baking, let the sandwiches cool slightly, because the cheese stays very hot for a long time and is easy to burn.
Ingredients:
- white bread - 2 pieces;
- tomato -1 pc .;
- hunting sausages - 2 pcs .;
- cheese - 50 g;
Cooking
1. Prepare the products - wash the tomato, cut the bread.
2. Thinly slice a tomato and spread on each slice of bread.
3. We will do the same with hunting sausages. It is better to cut the pieces larger, but at the same time thinner.
4. We will rub cheese on a fine grater. We recommend taking hard cheeses, they will not crumble. Carefully lay out the cheese on top of the sausages. Send sandwiches to the oven, which is preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. As soon as the cheese melts, the sandwiches are ready.
5. We lay out on a plate and serve until it gets cold.
