On hot summer days, cold soups for many become the basis of the diet. The leading among them is okroshka, which is based on vegetables and kvass, kefir, curd whey. This dish, beloved by many of our compatriots, is not only refreshing and tasty, but also useful. Vegetables supply the body with vitamins and trace elements, improve digestion. Moreover, okroshka belongs to low-calorie dishes: its energy value depends on the recipe, but rarely exceeds 60 kilocalories. In addition, diet okroshka still contains proteins, which makes the "okoshchennuyu" balanced diet.

How to properly prepare dietary hash

The people came up with many recipes okroshka, but not all of them are suitable for those who want to lose weight. When cooking this dietary meal, one should be guided by the principles of healthy eating, choosing foods that are as healthy and as low in calories as possible.

Diet okroshka is prepared with the following recommendations:

  • The ideal portion consists of 120-150 g of vegetables and greens, 200 ml of liquid, no more than one potato and one egg, a moderate amount of fish or meat.
  • Smoked products and sausages in dietary okroshka have no place. Preference should be given to seafood, lean fish, chicken breast, but they should be used in moderation. Vegetarian okroshka is most useful for losing weight.
  • Okroshka got its name due to the fact that the products in it are crumbled, that is, finely finely chopped or rubbed. When cooking a dietary dish, you shouldn’t shrink too much: the larger the vegetables are cut, the more fiber there is in them, giving you satiety, normalizing digestion.
  • Do not add mayonnaise to okroshka: it is calorie. In extreme cases, you can put a small spoonful of sour cream.
  • Dietary okroshka is made on kefir, curd whey, savory kvass. It is not forbidden to dilute the main liquid ingredient with mineral water without gas.

Dietary okroshka can be included in the diet, even if there is no goal to lose weight. If weight loss is the main task, then you need to prepare in advance for the fact that during the week (no more!) You will have to eat only okroshka. This is fraught with diarrhea and, as a result, dehydration. To compensate for the loss of fluid, you need to drink at least two liters of ordinary water a day. It is better not to engage in sports at this time, as the organism will not get enough protein food these days. To save the result after the end of the diet you need to continue to monitor your diet, so as not to overeat, otherwise the weight will return and all the torment will be in vain.

Dietary okroshka recipes must be alternated so that the dish does not become boring and, most importantly, that the organism does not suffer due to the lack of any elements.

Vegetable okroshka on kefir

Composition:

  • kefir with a fat content of 1% - half-liter;
  • cucumber - two pieces of medium size;
  • radish - half a bunch;
  • parsley, dill - in half a bunch.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash vegetables and herbs, let them drain.
  • Dill cut finely, parsley - a little larger, cucumbers and radishes - a little smaller than usual for salad.
  • Fold in a bowl, pour kefir, stir.

If desired, a pinch of salt can be added to the dish, but there is no need for it: vegetables already contain enough of this element. Dietary okroshka is made in the same way, only about 150-200 g of boiled meat (lean) is added to it: beef, tongue, chicken breast.

Meat Okroshka on kvass

Composition:

  • chicken breast (fillet without skin) - one;
  • cucumber - two pieces of medium size;
  • radishes - 10 pieces;
  • boiled egg - one;
  • green onions - half a bunch;
  • dill - half a bunch;
  • wheat kvass - half a liter.

Method of preparation:

  • In salted water, boil the breast until cooked, cool, cut into small pieces.
  • Boil the egg, peel, and grate large.
  • Wash radishes and cucumbers, finely chop half, rub the other half. Grated vegetables will give more flavor.
  • Wash and finely chop the onion and dill.
  • Put them in a bowl, lightly salt and ceiling, so that they select the juice.
  • Put the rest of the ingredients in the same bowl.
  • Fill with kvass, stir and serve.

If desired, meat can be excluded from this recipe, but then you need to take two eggs.

Vegetarian okroshka on kvass

Composition:

  • radish - bunch;
  • cucumbers - three small;
  • green onions, parsley, dill - half of the bunch;
  • green peas (canned) - 150 g;
  • kvass - 600 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash well and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Arrange the plates (it will take deep), divided into three parts.
  • Put 50 g of peas in each.
  • Fill with kvass.

Legumes do not always have a good effect on digestion, they can contribute to flatulence, therefore this okroshka shouldn’t be hard on.

Okroshka with shrimps (according to Dyukan)

Composition:

  • chicken breast (fillet) - one;
  • boiled shrimps unpeeled - 200 g;
  • green onions - bunch;
  • dill - bunch;
  • cucumber - one medium size;
  • radishes - 5 pieces (large);
  • chicken egg - one;
  • kefir (1 percent) - half liter;
  • non-carbonated mineral water, strongly cooled - 100 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil breast, egg, shrimp. Cool it down.
  • Finely chop the chicken meat.
  • Peel and slice the shrimp (if they are very small, you can not cut it).
  • Finely chop the pre-washed radish, grate the cucumber coarsely.
  • Remove the shell from the egg, cut it lengthwise into 4 parts or in half.
  • Chop the onion and dill.
  • Mix all the vegetables, arrange in plates (2 servings).
  • Add shrimp and meat.
  • Mix chilled kefir with ice mineral water. Pour into plates.
  • Place half eggs in each.

Useful can be very tasty - this postulate proves dietary okroshka prepared according to this recipe.

Fish Okroshka

Composition:

  • boiled fish (fillet) - half a kilo;
  • hard-boiled egg - 2 pieces;
  • cucumber - two medium;
  • large radish - 5 pcs .;
  • unsweetened kvass - liter;
  • fresh greens - a bunch;
  • Russian mustard - a teaspoon.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the fish fillets in small pieces.
  • Wash and dry vegetables and herbs.
  • Grind them with a knife.
  • Cut the peeled eggs in half, remove the yolks from them, rub with mustard.
  • Cut the squirrels.
  • Mix proteins with vegetables, herbs and fish.
  • Dissolve mustard-yolk mass in kvass.
  • Fill the remaining products with pre-cooled kvass.

This dish is necessary for those who lose weight on okroshka, because it contains a lot of protein.

Okroshka on whey with beets

Composition:

  • carrots - 100 g;
  • cucumber - 150 g;
  • beets - 100 g;
  • white cabbage - 100 g;
  • greens - a bunch;
  • whey - half a liter;
  • boiled meat, fish or mushrooms - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Grind the meat in a blender (if you use mushrooms, just chop it finely).
  • Finely chop raw cabbage and remember it to give juice.
  • Rub raw carrots and beets.
  • Chop the greens.
  • Mix everything, pour it with whey, put it in the fridge. When cool - serve.

To improve the taste, you can lightly salt and sprinkle the beets before mixing it with other vegetables, lemon juice.

Dietary okroshka with tomatoes

Composition:

  • cucumber - one;
  • a tomato is one;
  • green onions - 2 stalks;
  • parsley, dill - 3-4 branches;
  • garlic - clove;
  • kefir - half a liter.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash, dice vegetables of medium size.
  • Pass the garlic through the press.
  • Finely chop the greens.
  • Mix greens with vegetables.
  • Mix garlic with kefir.
  • Fill them with vegetables.
