Fortunately, this is not a difficult task — no more difficult than making cakes or a cake. So, you need yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla or other flavoring to your taste. - 1 glass of heavy cream (more than 30%);
- milk - 1 cup;

4. Beat cold cream in a suitable container. It is important that the dishes and the whisk are also cold.
5. Pour the previously prepared mixture into whipped cream.
6. All together you need to beat well until smooth.
7. After that, the ready mixture is poured into special molds. If there are none, you can use any convenient dishes. We place the ice cream thicken in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
