Pizza with salami and mozzarella on yeast dough

If you like snacks with lots of cheese, then you will certainly like pizza with salami and mozzarella on yeast dough. Dough can be purchased ready-made, yeast or puff. But, you can cook a truly delicious pizza only on your own, from scratch, making both dough and sauce.

List of ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 1 tsp. sugar,
  • 1 pinch of salt,
  • 100 ml of warm water,
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tbsp. l frying oils,
  • 1, 5 tbsp. l tomato paste (150 ml of tomato),
  • 0, 5 tsp. dried thyme,
  • 0, 5 tsp. dried oregano,
  • 300 g salami,
  • 1 large tomato,
  • 200 g mozzarella,
  • 200 grams of hard cheese,
  • greens before serving.

Cooking

1. Pour warm water into a glass, not more than 38-40 degrees. Pour sugar, a pinch of salt, mix everything well and leave for some time. If the yeast is good, then after about 10-5 minutes they start to “work” - foam appears.

2. Pour the yeast into a bowl and add the sifted flour. Slowly stir the ingredients.

3. Knead soft, sticky dough and remove to a warm place so that it fits. This will take about an hour.

4. Peel and chop the garlic and onion finely.

5. Heat oil in a hot skillet, pour chopped onion and garlic, fry quickly for 2 minutes. Then add water, put tomato paste or tomato, add dried herbs, mix and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

6. In the meantime, place the dough on the board, sprinkled with flour. Stretch it in different directions to form a thin cake with sides.

7. Cover baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with butter or vegetable oil, transfer the flat cake. Grease it with sauce.

8. Prepare the filling: cut the salami into thin slices, wash the tomato and also cut into thin slices.

9. Chop the mozzarella, cut the hard cheese into thin slices.

10. On top of the sauce, lay out slices of hard cheese, then salami, then slices of tomato. At least put the mozzarella pieces randomly.

11. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Need a temperature of 180 degrees, at which bake pizza for 25-30 minutes. Control the baking process, you may have to get pizza earlier.
