Composition:

  • pumpkin pulp - 0, 4 kg;
  • kefir - 0, 2 l;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • sugar - 20-40 g;
  • wheat flour - 140 g;
  • soda - 10 g;
  • cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg (optional) - to taste;
  • refined vegetable oil - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the pumpkin, remove the skin from it, remove the seeds. Grind the cleaned pulp on a medium grater, squeeze, drain the excess juice.
  • Remove the kefir and eggs from the refrigerator in advance so that they can warm up to room temperature.
  • Sift flour.
  • Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt to them, pound with a whisk.
  • Pour kefir into the eggs, add soda. Whisk the products with a whisk.
  • Add flour and stir the dough until smooth, so that it does not come across flour lumps. At this stage, you can use the mixer.

Composition:

  • pumpkin pulp - 0, 3 kg;
  • raisins - 30 g;
  • starch - 10 g;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • kefir - 125 ml;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • vanillin - 1 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 10 g;
  • refined vegetable oil, water - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Pour boiling water over raisins, leave for 15 minutes. Drain water. Dry the raisins with a napkin and roll in the starch, so that later it is distributed evenly in the dough.
  • Peel pumpkin pulp and seeds, cut into small cubes.
  • Fold the pumpkin pieces into the pot, add a little water. Stew the pumpkin to softness, chop it to a state of tender mashed potatoes using a blender.
  • In the bowl, break the egg, add sugar, salt, vanillin and kefir to it. Beat the products with a blender or mixer until the sugar is dissolved in the kefir-egg mixture.
  • Sift flour, mix it with baking powder. Combine the dry mix with a liquid mass. Stir until a homogeneous composition.

Composition:

  • pulp of apples - 0, 3 kg;
  • wheat flour - 0, 2 kg;
  • kefir - 100 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • lemon juice - 5 ml;
  • baking powder for dough - 10 g;
  • ground cinnamon - 5 g;
  • sugar - 40 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel pumpkins and apples, remove seeds. Grate the pumpkin and apple on a medium grater.
  • Pour lemon juice over apples, mix. It is necessary that the apples are not darkened.
  • Beat the egg with sugar and kefir until smooth.
  • Add cinnamon and pumpkin-apple sauce to the mixture, mix.
  • Mix sifted flour with baking powder, combine with the main composition and stir the dough until smooth.
