Seafood makes excellent and original salads, and with both quite exotic and familiar products. Try the salad variant below, and you will notice that a rather unusual mix of cucumbers, olives, squid and corn looks very harmonious and is quite suitable for the role of a festive dish.
The only difficult moment of this salad is squid boiling. It is better not to be zealous and cook them quickly, so that delicious proteinaceous salad rings do not turn into tight gum. Two or three minutes of cooking is enough to bring squid meat to readiness.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 3 pcs .;
- olives - 80 g;
- olives - 80 g;
- corn - 100 g;
- squid - 150 g;
- salt;
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
- freshly ground black pepper.
Cooking
1. My cucumbers and cut cucumber ass. Open the cans of canned olives, olives and corn, pour out excess juice. A squid carcass, if it is fresh, boil it with salt water for about 6 minutes. Drain and cool.
2. Pour the corn into the deep container. Cut the olives and olives into thin ringlets and send them to the bowl.
3. We cut the cooled carcass of squid with small strips and put them to the other ingredients.
4. Unclean cucumbers are chopped into strips and poured into a container. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix the ingredients in the salad.
6. We put the salad in a bowl and serve it to the table.
