But the adult zucchini is also tasty and good for food. In this case, you need to cut the hard skin, cut the fruit in half and remove the seeds from it with a piece of pulp. Then zucchini cut into arbitrary slices and use to prepare various dishes.

Most often, zucchini is prepared with other vegetables that have a rich taste. But they are good in themselves, especially if you add to them spicy greens, garlic or pepper.   • There is not a lot of juice in zucchini, but in order to make them well roasted, and a ruddy crust forms on their surface, they are recommended to be rolled in flour, salted to taste.
  • Squashes are usually salted just before roasting. But if you decide to salt them in advance, do not overdo it with this spice: zucchini strongly absorb salt and as a result may turn out to be salty. When the zucchini highlight the juice, drain it, and make sure to blot the slices with a paper towel.
  • Put them in a well-heated pan with enough oil and start to fry over high heat. When the underside of zucchini is covered with a ruddy crust, reduce the fire to medium.   • Prepared zucchini, cut into circles about 1, 5 cm thick. Salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides in a frying pan until fully cooked, taking half the oil rate. Put it on a plate.
  • Clean the mushrooms, place in boiling water for 2 minutes, fold to a sieve. Cut into thin slices. Put in a frying pan, fry, add sour cream, salt and simmer until tender.
  • In the other frying pan, put the remaining butter, heat up. Tomatoes cut into four parts, salt. Drain the juice and fry the tomato slices in hot oil.
  • When serving, put zucchini on a plate, cover them with mushrooms, put tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with chopped greens.
