Composition:

  • chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • skimmed milk - 50 ml;
  • mustard powder - 3 g;
  • salt - 1 g;
  • sugar substitute - 1 tablet;
  • apple cider vinegar (6%) - 20 ml;
  • vaseline oil - 40 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Eggs boil hard boiled, clean them, remove the yolks.
  • Mash yolks with a fork. Add milk, grind to homogeneity.
  • In a small amount of water (5 ml) dissolve a sugar substitute tablet, add to the yolk mass, mix.
  • Salt, mix again.
  • Add the mustard powder, mix thoroughly and place in a mixer or blender tank.
  • Add a teaspoon of vinegar and a couple of teaspoons of vaseline oil, whisk.
  • In small portions, add the remaining vinegar and liquid paraffin, whipping each time.

Put the prepared sauce in a clean glass jar, store in the refrigerator. This version of mayonnaise is suitable for “Attack”.

Ducane Mayonnaise without Vaseline Oil for “Attack”

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • mustard powder - 5 g;
  • apple cider vinegar (6%) - 5 ml;
  • skimmed milk - 50 ml;
  • salt, black pepper, sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Egg boil, cool, peel. Remove the yolk, mash it.
  • Add vinegar, mustard powder, sweetener diluted in a teaspoon of water, pepper and salt to the yolk. Thoroughly grind to obtain a homogeneous composition.
  • Place the container with the mixture in a water bath, heat it up.
  • Gradually add the milk, whipping the sauce.
  • Remove from the water bath, whisk with a mixer or blender, use as directed.

Mayonnaise prepared according to this recipe is suitable for use at all stages of the diet. It turns out not too thick, but appetizing and piquant to the taste.

Ducane mayonnaise with cottage cheese, lemon juice and olive oil

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • olive oil - 20 ml;
  • mustard powder - 5 g;
  • salt - 1 g;
  • sugar substitute - 1 tablet.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash raw eggs with soap. Smash, separating the yolks from proteins. Proteins for the preparation of mayonnaise is not required, they can be used to prepare other dishes. Place the yolks in a bowl, whisk together.
  • Add salt, sweetener, mustard powder to yolks. Pound carefully. As a result, the mixture should be completely homogeneous.
  • Add cottage cheese, whisk with a blender.
  • Pour in olive oil, whisk again.
  • Lastly, add lemon juice and mix the sauce again with a blender.

To taste and consistency, the mayonnaise prepared according to this recipe is almost indistinguishable from the store. The similarity will be even more complete if the low-fat cottage cheese in the composition is replaced with natural yogurt. It is acceptable to use boiled eggs instead of raw yolks, but the consistency of the sauce and its taste will change somewhat. Mayonnaise with olive oil and lemon juice can be consumed starting from the second stage of the diet.

Dukan mayonnaise with kefir, cottage cheese and lemon juice (without oil)

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • nonfat kefir - 100 ml;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • lemon juice - 5 ml;
  • table mustard - 5 ml;
  • sweetener - 0, 5 tablets;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • From hard-boiled eggs, remove the yolks, put them in a bowl and mash.
  • Add mustard, sweetener, pepper and salt to yolks, grind until smooth.
  • Combine the yolk mass with the curd, whisk with a blender.
  • Add kefir, whisk again.
  • Enter lemon juice, whisk again.

Mayonnaise prepared according to this recipe can be included in the diet, starting from the second stage of the Dukan diet.

Traditional mayonnaise is not a diet product, and no diet does not approve its use. Ducanou mayonnaise is prepared according to special recipes, thanks to which low-calorie and not harmful to the body. It can be used even at the hardest stage of the Dukan diet.
