  • Leave some onions for tartlets, transfer the rest to cod liver and eggs.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.

Puff pastry tartlets with cod liver and red fish

Composition:

  • yeast-free puff pastry - 0, 4 kg;
  • salted red fish (fillet) - 100 g;
  • cod liver - 100 g;
  • canned corn - 100 g;
  • semi-hard cheese - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 20 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

  • Defrost the dough. Sprinkle flour on the working surface of the table, lay out the dough on it and slightly roll it out or, better yet, stretch it with your hands.
  • Find two glasses of different diameters. With a larger glass, cut circles out of dough. Squeeze out the middle of the circles with a glass of a smaller diameter, getting rings.
  • Divide the egg into white and yolk, whisk them separately. You can add to them a teaspoon of water.
  • Lubricate the circles of dough with proteins, spread rings on them. Lubricate the rings with yolk.
