Composition:

  • wheat flour - 160 g;
  • butter - 60 g;
  • cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • egg yolk - 1 pc .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • soda - a pinch;
  • sugar - 10 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Pound cottage cheese in a bowl along with sugar, salt and egg yolk.
