For dishes prepared according to this recipe, it is very important to choose fresh mushrooms. Pay attention to their appearance. They must have a white hat or brown.   • fresh champignons 200 g;
  • garlic 3 cloves;
  • sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l;
  • dill 5 sprigs;
  • dried green onion 1 tsp;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper to taste;

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes.

1. Rinse the mushrooms under running water, place in a colander to drain the glass or dry with a paper towel. Peel and refresh slices on the mushroom stem. Cut into four pieces. Small can not cut.
