Thus, the beans are ideal for feeding people with overweight and various chronic diseases of internal organs, including the gastrointestinal tract, because it is rich in fiber, which normalizes the processes of digestion. In addition, when it comes to beans, it should be mentioned that 100 g of boiled fruits contain about 2.5 g of pectins - plant polysaccharides, which take an active part in metabolism, normalize blood circulation and promote cholesterol excretion. The nutritional value of beans is also quite large, as it is rich in vitamins A, B, E and PP. In addition, the fruit of this plant includes such important micro-and macro-components for humans as iron, sodium, potassium, iodine, calcium, magnesium, molybdenum, phosphorus, cobalt, zinc, manganese, copper and fluorine. Scientists have shown that one portion of boiled beans weighing 200-250 g can fully meet the needs of the human body in its vital substances. However, it should be borne in mind that they are best absorbed in the case, if you use beans with fresh vegetables, while refusing from fish and meat. Future moms, in turn, are advised by doctors to add some butter to the beans, which will increase the digestibility of folic acid, which is so rich in this dish.
