Despite the fact that mushrooms like svinushki are loved by many, nevertheless in recent times they are increasingly saying that they are conditionally edible, and some even classify them as poisonous. They say that if you do not follow the recommendations for their preparation, the consequences of their use can be very sad. Today we will learn how to pickle pigs, which will be not only healthy, but also very tasty.

How to salt svushki in the traditional way

You will need:

  • pigs - 1 kilogram,
  • salt coarse not iodized - 50 ml,
  • dill - 10 branches,
  • leaves of black currant - 3 pieces,
  • black pepper - 5 peas,
  • garlic - 5 cloves.

Method of preparation

  • Svushki clean, wash. Fill with water. Every five hours the water needs to be changed. In total, the mushrooms should be soaked for 15 hours. Do not neglect this advice, because do not forget that svinushki rank as poisonous mushrooms.
  • Fill the grapes with salted water, set on the fire and cook for five minutes after boiling.
  • Drain the water, wash the mushrooms.
  • Fill with fresh water, add some salt. Put on the fire, bring to a boil and boil for half an hour.

You will need:

  • bay leaf - 5 pieces,
  • vegetable oil.

Method of preparation

  • Svushki clean, wash. Large copies cut into pieces.
