Method of preparation:

  • Cut the loaf into slices. Cut each slice in half across. It is necessary to cut a little obliquely, so that after it was easier to lay sprats on their bread in their entire length.
  • Lay parchment on a baking sheet, put bread pieces on it.
  • Open the jar of sprats, carefully place the fish on a plate. The remaining in the jar of oil pour pieces of bread.

Method of preparation:
