Composition:

  • tagliatelle - 0.5 kg;
  • chicken breast - 0, 5 kg;
  • champignons - 0, 4 kg;
  • cream with fat content of 20% - 0, 2 l;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • olive oil - how much will leave;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the chicken breast. Remove the skin from it, separate the meat from the bones.
  • Chicken fillet cut into cubes of about 1 cm.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the chicken pieces in it. Temporarily remove them from the pan.
  • Free onions from the husk, cut into small cubes.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Put the onion and garlic in the pan, in which the chicken was fried. Cook them over low heat until the onions are translucent.
  • Wash and dry the mushrooms. Cut them into cubes of approximately the same size as the chicken.
  • Put the mushrooms in a pan with vegetables, mix. Fry them on low heat until liquid evolved from the pan evaporates.
  • Bring water to boil the pasta. Salt it, pour a tablespoon of oil - it will not allow pasta to stick together.
  • Cook the pasta for as long as recommended by the manufacturer. Drop in a colander. Mix with butter.
  • Put the chicken in the skillet with mushrooms, pour in the cream. When the cream boils, add salt, spices. Heat the sauce for another 5 minutes.

It remains to arrange the pasta in plates, put the creamy sauce with mushrooms and chicken on top. Also, the dish can be sprinkled with cheese or finely chopped fresh herbs.

Pasta with champignons, chicken and ham in cream sauce

Composition:

  • spaghetti - 0, 3 kg;
  • chicken breast fillet - 0, 2 kg;
  • champignons - 0, 25 kg;
  • ham - 0, 2 kg;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • cream - 0, 25 l;
  • egg yolks - 4 pcs .;
  • refined vegetable oil - how much will go;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut ham into thin, not very long slices.
  • Wash, dry chicken fillet with a napkin. Cut it into pieces of approximately the same shape and size as ham.
  • Wash the mushrooms. Blot them with a kitchen towel. Cut into strips.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Put the ham and chicken in the pan, salt and pepper, fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms. Continue cooking the food until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms when heated from the pan.
  • Separate yolks from proteins. Protein store in the refrigerator, to later be used to prepare any other dishes.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl, add cream to them. Whisk the products with a whisk so that they turn into a homogeneous liquid mass.
  • Finely rub the cheese. Pour half of it into the egg-cream mass, stir.
  • Boil the spaghetti. Throw them in a colander, so that they glass excess water. Put the pasta in the pan with ham, chicken and mushrooms.
  • Fill the pasta with creamy sauce, mix.
  • Then sweat the dish for 2 minutes under a lid and remove from the stove.

When serving food, sprinkle it with the remaining grated cheese.

Pasta with champignons, chicken and spinach

Composition:

  • macaroni - 0, 3 kg;
  • chicken breast fillet - 0, 3 kg;
  • champignons - 0, 3 kg;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • spinach - 0, 3 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • cream with fat content of 20% - 0, 2 l;
  • refined vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the spinach into large chunks.
  • Cut the chicken into thin plates across the grain.
  • Peel onions, cut into thin half rings.
  • Mushrooms, washed and dried with a napkin, cut into plates.
  • Heat the oil in the pan, lightly brown the onion in it. Add chicken. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and spinach. Fill the products with cream, simmer them for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  • While the mushrooms and chicken are being cooked, boil the pasta.
  • Put the pasta in the pan to the other products, mix. Remove pan from heat.

Having spread macaroni with champignons and chicken in plates, sprinkle them with grated cheese and serve to the table.
