  • The taste of cheesecakes directly depends on the quality of cottage cheese. It should be fresh, without the addition of vegetable fat. The most delicious are the curd from granular curd, but to give them a delicate texture, this product must be rubbed through a sieve. Preparation Method:

  • Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it becomes soft by the time the dough is made for the curd.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with softened butter and sour cream. Stir well.
  • Add both types of sugar and eggs to the resulting curd mass. Mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the semolina.

  • Cover the container with the dough with a towel, leave for half an hour.
  • Using a spoon, spread the dough in silicone tins. Do not fill them more than two-thirds: the dough will rise.

  • Wash the potatoes, boil them in the uniform. Cool, peel through a meat grinder or rub through a sieve. You can just knead it with a potatoe grinder. If you have mashed potatoes for lunch or dinner, you can use it.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with mashed potatoes, add salt and eggs.
  • Add chopped grated cheese. Mix well. Potato-curd mass should be soft and homogeneous.
  • Pouring flour over the spoon and stirring, prepare the dough, the consistency of which allows you to form pancakes.
  • Fat the parchment well, place it on a baking sheet.
  • From the cooked dough, make pancakes, put them on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other.
  • Place the baking tray with the curds in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for literally 5-7 minutes.

It is recommended to serve potato-curd cheese cakes with sour cream or sauce (mushroom, cheese). It will not be superfluous to sprinkle them with chopped greens.

Turkish cheesecakes

Composition:

  • cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • flour - 0, 2 kg;
  • baking powder - 1 bag;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • sugar - 40 g;
  • water - 40 g;
  • lemon - 1 pc.

Preparation Method:

  • With curd squeezed through a sieve, mix the sifted flour by adding an egg and softened butter. The result is a fairly dense dough.
  • Make small tortillas (10-12 cm in diameter) from the dough; spread them on a baking sheet, after placing the parchment on it.
