  • Heh is made from raw herring. Ideally, fresh herring is needed, but it is not available in all regions of our country. You can replace it with fresh frozen. The main thing is to let the fish thaw out in natural conditions, without a temperature difference, otherwise it will become loose and dry. The use of a microwave in this case is unacceptable.
  • The most difficult thing in making herring heh is to cut fish into fillets, removing skin and bones. To do this, cut off the head and cut the belly from the anus up, remove the insides, remove the dark film. Simple recipe of herring xe

Composition:

  • fresh-frozen herring - 0, 3 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 30 ml;
  • soy sauce - 60 ml;
  • salt - a large shchipot;
  • red pepper (spicy) - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • fresh greens - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Defrost herring. Divide and peel. Fillet cut into thin slices, put in a bowl.
  • Add hot pepper and salt, pour in soy sauce, mix.
  • Remove onion peel. Cut the onion into thin halves or quarter rings, add to the herring. Stir.
  • Heat the oil, mix it with vinegar, pour the herring.
  • Add chopped greens, mix.

Composition:

  • fresh-frozen herring - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 3 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 80 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 0, 2 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Herring thaw, rinse, pat dry with a kitchen towel. Cut fish into fillets. Fillet cut into thin slices, put in a bowl.
  • Pour the pieces of herring with vinegar, set the oppression. Leave for 30 minutes.
  • Drain the vinegar. If it remains at the bottom of it a little bit - nothing terrible, but if you want to get rid of the vinegar, you can completely fold the herring into a colander, then return it to the bowl.
  • Peel the onions, cut them into thin half rings, add to the fish.

Composition:

  • herring - 1 kg;
  • onions - 0, 5 kg;
  • vegetable oil - 120 ml;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 80 ml;
  • salt - 20 g;
  • tomato paste - 20-40 ml;
  • red ground pepper - 5-10 g;
  • ground black pepper, coriander - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel herring, cut into fillets, cut into thin pieces.
  • Onion, freeing from the husk, cut into thin half-rings.
  • Mix butter with tomato paste. Place in a saucepan and heat. Wait until the mixture boils. Remove it from heat, mix with vinegar.
  • In the marinade add black and red peppers, ground coriander, salt, mix.
  • Pour a spoonful of marinade into a container or glass form, put a layer of herring, sprinkle it with a portion of onion, pour the marinade. Continue to lay fish and onions in layers, pouring over the layers with the prepared sauce.
