Very tasty marinade for cooking chicken kebab. The combination of soy sauce and tomatoes - make the meat juicy, and does not allow it to dry out during baking. And the simplest cooking. Marinating can be from two hours up to the whole night (depending on how much time you have). And according to this recipe, you can cook the wings in the oven if you can not go on nature
Products per 1 kg of kebab:
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
- Soy sauce - 20 ml.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Cream - 20 ml
- Ground pepper - a couple of pinches
Prepare the sauce - combine soy sauce, tomato paste, pour in the cream, add ground pepper.
Mix the marinade well until completely homogeneous.
Prepare the wings - often there are remnants of the wings on them. We pluck these remnants, cut each wing into 2 parts. Cut off excess skin. Fold in a deep bowl.
Immerse each slice in tomato sauce.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours (for perfect impregnation) under the lid.
