Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of puff yeastless dough;
  • 2 red sour apples;

  • 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar;
  • 2, 5 glasses of ordinary water.

Cooking

1. First of all, turn on the oven maximum (230-250 degrees). It should be well warmed up when you put your rosettes to bake. Then pour the water into a small saucepan and boil it on the stove.

During this time, wash my apples, soak them with an ordinary kitchen towel or paper and cut them in half.

3. We cut out the core from each piece and cut it into thin slices 3-5 mm thick.

4. While doing apples, the water on the stove began to boil. Add sugar to the pot and make sugar syrup.

5. After it boils again (after about 1-2 minutes), immerse the apple slices in the syrup and cook them on high heat for several minutes.

6. 3-4 minutes is quite enough for the apples to get a transparent shade and cook. Do not keep more, digest. Put them in a colander and let drain all the liquid.

7. If you do not do this, the dough will get wet in the process of molding roses, and it will be difficult to work with it.

We shift the resulting roses on a baking sheet with baking paper and put in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
