Recipe 2: Making home-made kharcho with tkemali sauce

Not everyone has homemade dried plum pita bread, but you can buy tkemali sauce at any store. And many people love him, often use him and do not know that with him you can cook an amazing little grub at home.

• Cilantro is an indispensable ingredient in kharcho. But it is not for everyone. And if you do not like this ingredient, then boldly replace parsley. If guests are expected for lunch, it is better to submit several types of greenery in a separate container.
