Recipe 1. Kurnik - a classic recipe
Bake a cake for this recipe is quite difficult, but the result is worth it. The hostess will need to spend not only strength, but also a lot of time. So let's get started? Prepare for the dough: flour - 2 glasses; butter - 120 g; sour cream - 3 tbsp .; milk - 50-60 g; eggs and hydrated soda.
For the filling: chicken - 1 pc; boiled rice - 1 cup; greenery; mushrooms - 150-200 g; onions - 12 pcs. First knead the dough and send it to rest on a cold place.
