  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • flour - 50 g;
  • fresh greens (basil or parsley) - 20 g;
  • salt, a mixture of ground peppers - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • In a skillet, melt 20 g of butter. Place garlic cloves in thin slices. Fry them until the garlic smell is bright. Chop the roasted garlic with a blender or rub it through a sieve.
  • In the remaining butter, fry the flour to a caramel color. Whip the contents of the saucepan with a whisk, pour in the milk. Salt and pepper sauce, boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • If flour lumps are found in the sauce, strain it through a sieve.
  • Combine the sauce with garlic mass and finely chopped fresh greens, mix thoroughly.

While the sauce cools, it will have time to infuse, and its components will turn into a single whole.

  • wheat flour - 60 g;

  • fresh greens (ideally - basil) - 20 g;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • salt, pepper (if there is little in broth) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • In a skillet, melt 20 g of butter, fry on it until caramel-colored flour.
  • Enter the broth, boil it for a couple of minutes. Salt and pepper if necessary. If in the resulting mass come across flour lumps, strain it through a sieve.
  • Allow the sauce to cool slightly.
  • Break the egg, separating the yolk from the protein.
  • Add the yolk to the sauce. Whisk or whisk with a mixer. Pour into a saucepan and return to the stove.
  • Heat the sauce, stirring until it is thick enough.
