  • Fill the prepared jars with fried eggplants, pouring each layer of cooked spicy sauce.

  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 40 ml;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut eggplants into slices, soak in salt solution, wash, dry with a napkin, fry until done.
  • Clean the remaining vegetables, scroll through the meat grinder individually.
  • Combine carrots, peppers and tomato puree, bring to a boil.
  • Add salt, sugar, vinegar and garlic. Bring to the boil again.
  • At the bottom of the sterilized jars pour a spoonful of hot pouring.
