Yeast donuts can be called a classic of the genre. And what have you never wanted to taste donuts from an American film? But, if not, then you are a hero. And we are very !! So we decided to try one of the donut options to cook at home. It is best to cook donuts on the basis that they will be eaten immediately, as the next day they lose their special crispy top and soft taste inside.
Let's cook together. To do this, you need to be patient, because the dough is yeast, it needs to rise.
Ingredients:
Milk - 100 ml;
Flour - 2.5 - 3 tbsp .;
Dry yeast - 10 g;
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
Salt is a pinch;
Vegetable oil for frying - 250-300 ml.

To properly use the yeast carefully read the instructions on the package. Dry yeast is usually immediately kneaded into the dough, there is no need to make the dough separately.
Therefore, choose a large bowl combine 1 tablespoon of flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Add warm, but not hot milk and stir well.
Now you can add 2.5 cups of flour and 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
Knead the airy dough, which should stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. To make this procedure faster, you can use the “pasted oven” method. Before starting the dough, turn on the oven, as soon as it heats up to 120 degrees, turn it off. When the dough is kneaded, put it in a bowl in the oven turned off. The dough will rise in 20 minutes.
The dough is airy, it needs to be kneaded. We take it out of the bowl on the table covered with flour and mix it so that it does not stick to our hands. We just left half a cup of flour. That should be enough, but even if not enough, add flour to another. The amount of flour depends on various factors, so blindly follow the amount, not for this recipe.
Divide the dough into 2-3 pieces. We work with one, the rest are covered with a towel. Roll out the dough on less than 2 cm thick. Cut out donuts with a glass. You can make a hole inside, or leave the roundels.
Finished donuts are left on a floured surface for another 1 hour. They should rise well. You can again put them in a heated and off the oven.
Finished donuts are fried in a well-heated vegetable oil in a frying pan or fryer. They very quickly become rosy. Therefore, do not move far during frying.
Take out the donuts on a paper towel.
