  • butter - 50 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;

  • Wash and dry the turkey meat with a napkin. Cut into large chunks and roll through the meat grinder.
  • In the same way, grind the peeled onions.
  • Soak the loaf in the milk, squeeze it and turn it through the meat grinder.

  • processed cheese - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • salt, pepper, fresh greens, paprika - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 80 ml.

Preparation Method:

  • Dry the loaf in the oven, cut into slices. Break into pieces and chop the blender to a crumb.
  • Wash the meat, blotted with napkins. Cut into small pieces and roll through the meat grinder.
  • Peel the onions and garlic. Scroll through the meat grinder and add to the mince.
  • Pour half of bread crumbs into mincemeat. The remaining crumbs will be useful for breading.
  • Pour milk into the stuffing, add salt, chopped fresh greens, paprika and black pepper to taste. Stir, knead and beat on the bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Form cutlets, dip them in eggs, breaded in bread crumbs and fry on both sides in heated vegetable oil. You need to fry on medium heat, but not for long. As soon as the cutlets on one side are reddened, they need to be turned over, fry for a couple of minutes on the other side and removed from the pan.

  • onions - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;

  • sweet pepper - 100 g;
  • fresh parsley - 30 g;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • salt, oregano, paprika - to taste.

Preparation Method:

  • Wash and dry turkey drumstick. Remove the meat from the bone and scroll through the meat grinder.
  • Pass three cloves of garlic through a press and add to the stuffing.
  • Break and chop dried bread in a blender.
  • Add to it the remaining garlic clove, hot pepper, parsley leaves, 50 ml of oil, mix with a blender.
  • Put a thin layer of bread mass on a baking sheet. Put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet, recycle the contents of it in a blender and put it to the mincemeat.
  • Break an egg into a bowl of minced meat. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly.
  • Peel and rub onions and carrots.
  • Free the sweet pepper from the seeds, finely chop.
  • Heat a spoonful of butter in a pan, put chopped vegetables in it and fry them for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the vegetable mass with minced meat. Knead for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Grease a baking sheet with butter.
  • Form small cutlets, put them on a baking sheet.
  • Lubricate the remaining butter patties.
  • Put the patties in the oven and bake them at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
