Composition:

  • chicken or chicken drumsticks - 1 kg;
  • zucchini - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 3 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;

  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 80 ml;
  • mustard table - 20 ml;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 50 ml;
  • chicken broth or water - 0.5 l;
  • salt, spices, fresh herbs - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash chicken carcass (gutted), pat dry with paper napkins. Cut into portions.
  • Mix mayonnaise with mustard and spices, put through a garlic press, coat chicken pieces with this sauce, leave for 30-60 minutes.
  • Wash squash, pat dry with a napkin. Peel large specimens, remove the pulp with seeds with a spoon, cutting the fruit in half. Cut the zucchini into cubes of about 1 cm.
  • Scrape, wash carrots, dry with a napkin. Coarsely rub.
  • Cut pepper into small pieces, having previously cleaned it of seeds and membranes.
  • Free the onions from the husk, cut into small cubes.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan or cauldron, heat it over medium heat.
  • Place chicken pieces in hot oil, fry them until golden brown appears, temporarily transfer them to a plate.
  • In place of chicken, put pepper, onion, carrot and zucchini. Fry them for 5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the cauldron, reduce the fire.
  • Pour the food with broth or water, simmer over low heat under a lid for 30-40 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, season with salt, season to taste, add chopped greens.

Composition:

  • chicken drumsticks - 0, 7 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 4 kg;
  • zucchini - 0, 4 kg;

  • carrots - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • salt, pepper, green onions - to taste;
  • water - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash chicken drumsticks, pat dry with a towel, rub with pepper.
  • Peel zucchini, remove seeds. Pulp cut into cubes of medium size.
  • Dip the tomatoes with boiling water, peel, cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
  • Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • Carrots, peeled, grind grated.
  • Peel the potatoes. Cut into about the same pieces as zucchini.
  • Pour oil on the bottom of the cauldron or saucepans with a non-stick coating, brown chicken drumsticks in it, temporarily remove it.
  • Put onions and carrots in a cauldron, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the potatoes, fry them the same.
  • Add zucchini, after 2-3 minutes, return the chicken to the cauldron.
  • Add tomatoes and some water.
  • Simmer on a low heat under the lid for 40 minutes, making sure that the liquid does not boil off completely. If necessary, add warm boiled water.
  • 10 minutes before being ready, add some salt and season the dish, add chopped greens to it.

Chicken breast stewed with zucchini

Composition:

  • young zucchini - 0, 4 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • chicken breast fillet - 0, 4 kg;
  • flour, vegetable oil - how much will leave;
  • tomato paste - 40 ml;
  • sour cream - 40 ml;
  • water - 0, 3 l;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Squashes, washed and dried, cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Zapanut zucchini in flour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry zucchini on both sides in it, put it in a saucepan or cauldron.
  • Wash chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towel, cut into small pieces.
  • Peel carrots, cut into slices. If the vegetables are large, you can cut into semicircles or even quarters of circles.
  • Remove onion peel. Cut it into half rings, not too thin.
  • In a clean saucepan, heat a new batch of oil. Put onions and carrots in it, lightly brown them.
  • Add the chicken fillet and fry over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and spices, add to chicken and vegetables. Turn down the heat. Extinguish 10 minutes.
  • Place the chicken with carrots, onions and sauce over the zucchini, mix.
  • Add warm boiled water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

For 5 minutes, until ready, add finely chopped greens and garlic to the stew.
