Cooking - like fashion - changeable. How often do you try new recipes? We. Often we are looking for new recipes that have not yet tried or want to improve something already familiar and loved. We often cook different culinary dishes from other countries, but it’s so good to remember recipes that are old and proven by more than one generation. One of these recipes for us are fried potato pies with yeast dough.

Every mother and every grandmother should be able to cook such pies, because they are so tasty and inviting. I can’t even imagine how much they need to do to last at least two days. Doing one portion is not enough. You think it will double and suffice, but as practice shows, the double portion also ends quickly. And how are you?

Leave the bowl warm by covering it with a towel. 15-20 minutes is enough for the opara to come. It is best to put it on a warm (not hot) battery. Another secret to quick brew is to put the bowl in another bowl with warm water (the bowl with brew should not touch the water). Thus, the yeast will rise perfectly.

Knead the elastic dough by mixing the remaining flour. First we do it in a bowl, then we shift the dough onto the work surface and continue kneading for another 5-7 minutes.

Now you can sculpt pies. What form they will have is up to you. We suggest trying to make triangles. We divide the whole dough into several parts, while working with one, the rest are in the package so that they are not weather-beaten.

Roll out the dough into a cake with a thickness of not more than 2 mm. Cut a glass circles on the dough. For each circle put 1 teaspoon of filling. Maybe more, be guided by the size of their blanks.

We pinch three "edges" in the center. And then we pinch the “faces” of the triangle.

Fry pies in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. Patties charmingly put on the pan seam down. Otherwise, they will disperse in this place.
