Recipe for Salted Peanuts

Composition:

  • peanuts - 0, 2 kg;
  • salt - 5-10 g;
  • camelina oil (optional) - 10 ml.

Preparation Method:

  • Prepare the peanuts: peel off or wash, if necessary. Washed peanuts must be blotted with a napkin, trying to completely remove moisture from it.
  • Put the nuts in a microwave oven with a wide, flat bottom.
  • Sprinkle nuts with salt and, if desired, get an extraordinary taste, sprinkle with a small amount of camelina oil.
  • Turn the oven on at about 750 watts for 30 seconds. Open the door and gently mix the nuts, wait a minute and then turn on the microwave for half a minute at the same capacity.
  • Roast peanuts for a total of 3-5 minutes, including the microwave every 30 seconds and stir the nuts each time.
  • Leave the prepared nuts in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the nuts from the oven and, wearing cloth gloves, rub the peanuts in small portions between your palms to peel off the film.
  • Put peeled peanuts in a beautiful vase and serve.

Salty peanuts are good not only with beer, but just like that, it is so tasty.

Sweet Peanut Recipe

Composition:

  • peanuts - 0, 2 kg;
  • icing sugar - 20-25 g.

Preparation Method:

  • Clean, wash and dry the peanuts if necessary. Fold it on a wide dish suitable for use in a microwave.
  • Microwave and fry 7-8 times for 30 seconds, each time between microwave inclusions, take a dish of nuts from it and gently stir them. Power choose the maximum.
  • Leave the peanuts in the microwave for 10 minutes, then remove and peel off by rubbing between your palms. To avoid getting burned, wear cloth gloves or wrap the peanuts in a dishcloth before this.
  • Mix the peeled peanuts with powdered sugar, which can be made from granulated sugar by grinding it in a coffee grinder.
  • Microwave for another 30 seconds and let it cool for at least 5 minutes again.
  • Remove, cool and serve as a dessert for tea.
