  • Chop the potatoes into round or oval slices, fold them into a bowl.
  • Mix salt, pepper and vegetable oil separately. Pour this mixture on potatoes, mix.
  • Lay a piece of parchment paper on a dish suitable for use in the microwave.
  • Put the potato slices on the parchment in one layer.
  • Put the dish in the microwave. Set the power of 700 watts, turn on the microwave for 4 minutes. Check out the chips. If they have not dried yet, turn on the device for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the microwave, put the chips on a clean dish and let them cool.

In the same way, the remaining potato slices are fried in the microwave.

Butterless Potato Chips

Composition:

  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • ground paprika - 5 g;
  • dried parsley or other spicy herbs - 10 g;
  • sea salt to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash potatoes and peel them, dry them with a napkin.
  • Cut into thin circles or quarter circles if the tubers are large.
  • Rinse with cool water to remove excess starch.

Chips from Armenian lavash

Composition:

  • Armenian lavash - 1 sheet;
  • pepper, aromatic salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Expand the pita leaf, sprinkle it with pepper and salt.
  • Roll up the pita bread roll, cut into 3 cm pieces.
  • Unfold the pita strips, place them on top of each other, cut into squares or rhombuses.

  • icing sugar - 5 g;
  • cinnamon - 5 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the apples; cut out seed boxes from them with a special device. Cut into thin round slices. If you do not have the aforementioned device, you can first cut the fruit into thin circles, then squeeze out the middle with the seeds with the help of a shot glass.
  • Spread the apple slices on parchment, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. If you only have sugar, grind it to a powder with a coffee grinder or blender.
  • Place the container with apple slices in the microwave oven.
  • Start the microwave on medium power, cook for 10 minutes.

Crispy apple chips will only be completely cooled.
