- The main secret of a delicious pork dish is the right choice of meat. For extinguishing more suitable tenderloin with a minimum amount of fat. Composition:
- pork tenderloin - 0.5 kg;
- broth - 1 l;
- potatoes - 0.5 kg;
- onions - 100 g;
- carrots - 100 g;
- stem celery - 50 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- milk - 100 ml;
- sugar - 5 g;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil - 25 ml;
- flour - 20-25 g.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the pork like beef stroganoff meat.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Fry the garlic in a pan, stirring it vigorously, put the meat into it and cook for 10 minutes.

- garlic - 3 cloves;
- pepper - to taste.
Method of preparation:
- Boil the mushrooms, cut into small pieces.
- Cut pork into strips.
- Peel tomatoes, cut into cubes.
- Cut onion and bell pepper into half rings.
