  • pork tenderloin - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;

  • water - 1 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash, peel the vegetables.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 2 cm.
  • Wash the meat, cut into the same cubes. Fat can be removed or left to your liking.
  • Grate the carrots.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, add pork. Close the lid. Turn Fry mode on for 15 minutes. If there is no such program in your multicooker, then you can run the “Baking” program instead for about the same time or a little more.
  • After 10 minutes, open the lid, stir the meat, add onions and carrots. Fry everything until the program is completed with the lid open.
  • Salt, pepper, put potatoes and cover with water. Close the cover and turn on the extinguishing program for an hour. If the minimum time of this program, the multicooker manufacturer has provided for more - do not worry: note the time and stop the program after 60 minutes.
  • Leave the multicooker on in heating mode for another 10 minutes.
  • Lift the lid, mix the finished dish and arrange on plates.

Potato stewed in a slow cooker with pork and tomatoes


  • pork (preferably the neck) - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • tomatoes - 0, 3 kg;
  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 g;
  • cheese of any durum variety - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash meat, cut into pieces, as for beef stroganoff.
  • Onion cut into half rings, pre-peeled from the husk.
  • Peel carrots, grate for Korean appetizers. If such an economy is not available, use the usual.
  • Put meat, onions and carrots in a slow cooker, fry them for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, in the programs “Frying” or “Baking”.
  • Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, peel them off. Cut into small cubes, put in a slow cooker, without removing the pork from it.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes in circles or slices, put them on the tomatoes.
  • Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add salt and pepper to them.
  • Fill the resulting mixture with potatoes. Turn on the Baking program for 1 hour.
  • 15 minutes before the dishes are ready, lift the lid and sprinkle with finely grated cheese. Return the cover back and wait for the signal that the program has been completed.
  • Open the lid and carefully, trying not to mix the layers, arrange the prepared dish on plates.

Such a dish of potatoes and pork can decorate even a festive table. Greens in this case also does not hurt.

Potato stewed with pork and mushrooms in a slow cooker


  • potatoes - 0.75 kg;
  • pork - 0, 5 kg;
  • fresh mushrooms (champignons or white) - 0, 25 kg;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • sour cream - 120 ml;
  • water - 120 ml;
  • refined vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • salt, seasonings, fresh herbs - to taste.


  • Wash the pork, pat dry with a kitchen towel. Remove film and excess fat.
  • Cut the pork pulp in oblong pieces, like beef stroganoff, sprinkle with salt and spices, and mix.
  • Wash, blot dry mushrooms. Cut them into strips or plates.
  • Free the onion from the husk. Cut it into thin half rings.
  • Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Activate the appliance by selecting the program that is most suitable for frying products. In most modern models of multicookers, it is called “Frying”. If there is no cooking function on your device, activate the Baking program.
  • One minute after the start of the program, put the pork in the multicooker bowl and fry it for 10 minutes.
  • Add the onion, fry it with the pork for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Continue to cook foods in the same program for 10 minutes.
  • Temporarily disable the slow cooker.
  • Wash, peel potatoes. Cut it into bars with a length of about 2-3 cm, width - about 1 cm. Put the potatoes to the rest of the products. Salt, season it to taste.
  • Dilute sour cream with water. Fill the mixture in the crock-pot with ingredients. Stir.
  • Turn on the multicooker by activating the “Quenching” program for 50 minutes.

After a specified time, the dish can be laid out on plates and served at the table. Fresh greens will make the taste and appearance of the dish more vivid and expressive.

  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • tomato paste - 20 ml;

Method of preparation:

  • Pork, washed, dried and peeled from films, cut into cubes of medium size.
  • Peel the carrots, cut them into circles. If the vegetable is large, it is advisable to cut it into halves or even quarters of circles.
  • Remove the husks from the bulb. Cut the vegetable into small cubes.
  • Garlic cloves cut into plates.
  • Remove seeds from pepper. Pepper pulp cut into small squares.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes about 1, 5-2 cm in size.
  • Pour oil into the bowl of multivarca. Turn on the device by activating the “Hot” program.
  • Put the pork in the bowl. Fry the meat without closing the multicooker lid until it turns pale.
  • Add onions, garlic and carrots. Fry them for 5 minutes with the meat in the same program.
  • Add pepper, salt and spices, continue cooking in the same mode for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, then stop the appliance.
  • Add the potatoes and boiled water.
  • Lower the lid and activate the Quenching program. Set the timer to 60 minutes.

With this recipe, you can stew potatoes with pork and in a slow cooker of another model, but then the programs may have to choose others. Often in multicookers there is no frying function, then you have to fry the ingredients in baking mode.
