Recipe 1. A simple dish in a slow cooker: chicken hearts in sour cream


  • 600 g of chicken hearts;
  • spices;
  • two onions;
  • black pepper;
  • carrot;
  • kitchen salt;
  • 250 g sour cream;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 150 ml of drinking water.

Preparation Method

1. Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Coarsely grate peeled carrots. 2. Pour oil into the container of the device and heat it in the “frying” mode. Then put the onion in it and fry until transparent. Then add grated carrots and continue frying, stirring, until soft. Season the vegetables with salt, spices and pepper.

3. Add sour cream and some water to the vegetable fry. Wash the chicken hearts and place them in the container of the device. Put the bay leaf and lower the lid.

4. Start the “extinguishing” program and cook for half an hour by turning the valve to the “closed” position. Serve chicken hearts with a side dish of rice or buckwheat.

Recipe 2. The simplest dish in a slow cooker: pea porridge with chicken fillet


  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 500 g crushed peas;
  • spices;
  • onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • carrot;
  • sea salt.

1. Rinse the chicken fillet under the tap, dip it in napkins and cut into small pieces.

Recipe 3. A simple dish of the slow cooker: pilaf with squid


  • a multi-cooker cup of rice;
  • kitchen salt;
  • onion;
  • black pepper and spices;
  • carrot;
  • two carcasses of squid.

Preparation Method

  • sunflower oil;
  • 400 g of champignons;

  • large onion;
  • 750 ml of drinking water;

  • parsley and dill;
  • flour or breadcrumbs.
