For cooking in the oven, it is best to take a duck pan or cauldron with a lid. These dishes are not only thick-walled, but also thick-walled. The dishes will be well kept warm, and the potatoes with mushrooms will be stewed, as in an oven.
What mushrooms to take? We took mushrooms, but you can also take wild mushrooms. Only they first need to boil, and then simmer. Be careful with forest mushrooms and follow all cooking guidelines.
Potato - 3 kg
Champignons - 1 kg
Sour cream - 150 g
Broth or water - 400 ml
Salt and pepper to taste.
Potatoes for this dish can be taken of any kind. You can even cook this dish with new potatoes.

Mix sour cream with water, and even better with vegetable or meat broth. Add salt and pepper to your taste (1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper for a given amount of vegetables and mushrooms were enough for our taste).
Stir the mixture.
Fill the potatoes with mushrooms with the mixture. Liquid should be no more than half the dishes. It'll be enough.
Put the dishes in the oven and simmer at 180 degrees 40 minutes. Mushroom during this time will be cooked exactly, but check the potatoes. If not ready, keep potatoes in the oven until tender.
Ready potatoes with mushrooms are good not only immediately, but the next day. The aroma of mushrooms and sour cream will soak the whole potato, and the dish will become even more delicious.
