Tasty, but harmful French fries have the same tasty and health-friendly alternative - potatoes baked in the oven. It can be cooked with various additives, considering one peculiarity - the peeled tubers in the oven dry up and not bake, so a crust should be provided for such a dish.
The ideal option crust - hard cheese. It immediately melts in the oven, covering the potatoes with a thick layer that does not let off steam and keeps the temperature. At the same time, slices of potatoes soften quickly, and the cheese crust adds a delicate creamy taste to the dish.
- medium-sized potatoes - 500 g;
- mayonnaise - 150 g .;

Potatoes with cheese: cooking recipe
1. Cooking potatoes: thoroughly wash them under cool water, peel them with a knife for vegetables.
2. Cut into rings about 2 centimeters thick.
3. We ship to a deep container, putting the right amount of mayonnaise, salt and pepper of two varieties, focusing on our taste preferences. Mix the ingredients.
