Blueberry compote recipe with sterilization
The composition of the 3-liter jar:
- blueberries - 1 kg;
- water - 1, 5 l;
- sugar - 1, 5 st .;
- citric acid - 0, 5 tsp. without top.
Method of preparation:
- Sort, wash and dry the berry.
- Pour boiling water, pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil, dissolve sugar in water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add lemongrass to the syrup, stir it and pour into the blueberry jar.

- Close the can and wait for it to cool. Store for storage.
Such compote is very well worth it and does not require special storage conditions. It has a rich color and sweet-sour taste. It is best diluted before use.
Compote from blueberry and blackberry
Composition:
- blueberries - 1 kg;
- blackberries - 0, 6 kg;
- water - how much will go into a 3-liter jar;
- sugar - 1, 5 cent.,
- citric acid - 10 g.
Method of preparation:
- Pick and wash the blackberries and blueberries. After drying the berries, pour them into a 3-liter jar.
- Pour hot water into the jar of berry and pour it into the pan.
- Boil water, add sugar and citric acid, boil for 5 minutes.
- Fill the berries with syrup.
- Sterilize the jar with compote for 25 minutes.
- Roll up the metal cover. A day later, move to the pantry or other place where you usually store the workpiece for the winter.
Compote turns out to be very concentrated, so it even resembles syrup. Before drinking, it must be diluted with water.
Compote from blueberry and blueberry
The composition of the four 1-l banks:
- blueberries - 1 kg;

- water - 3 l;

The composition of four 1 liter cans:
- blueberries - 1 kg;
- cherry (with stones) - 1 kg;
- water - 2, 5 l;
- sugar - 0, 4 kg.
Method of preparation:
- Having touched the berries, rinse them well, without mixing them with each other.
- Sterilize one-liter jars.
- Place the berries in the banks in 3 cm layers, alternating them. They should reach approximately the “hangers” of cans.
- Pour boiling water into the jars, drain it, measuring its quantity.
- Bringing the water drained from the cans to a boil, dissolve the necessary amount of granulated sugar in it. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour berries with boiling syrup.
- Put cans with compote in a large pot of water, cover with sterilized lids and set on slow fire.
- Sterilize cans filled with compote for 20 minutes.
- Hermetically close the jars with metal lids, turn them over and wait for them to cool. Remove the compote for the winter.
Compote will not deteriorate for a long time during storage even at room temperature, but it should still be drunk within 3-4 months, since otherwise the cherry stones will begin to release a toxic substance.
