The quality of the steak depends largely on the selected meat. Although beef is considered the perfect meat for steak, many prefer to use pork for this dish.


  • If it is young, then the steaks from it turn out juicy and practically without a specific smell. For their preparation, the neck of the pork carcass is suitable, as well as the pulp, which has little connective tissue.
  • To improve the taste, it is recommended to pickle meat in vinegar, lemon juice or wine.
  • Before frying, it is often smeared with mustard. It softens meat fibers well.
  • Before heat treatment, steaks are oiled and then quickly fried. Dense crust will not allow the juice to go out, and the meat will remain juicy.
  • Multicooker copes with the preparation of this dish. Steaks are cooked in “Baking”, “Frying” mode. In some units, the “Multipovar” program is used for this. To steaks do not stick to the bowl, it is lightly oiled.
  • If the steaks are not soft enough, they can be made ready in the Quenching mode.
  • Pork steaks are never served “with blood” or slightly roasted. They always need to bring to full readiness.
  • In order to form a ruddy crust on steaks, they must be dried before frying, removing moisture, otherwise they will not be fried, but stewed.

Pork steaks with beer in a slow cooker


  • pork fillet - 500 g;
  • beer - 300 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper to taste.

Method of preparation

  • Pork wash and be sure to dry with a paper towel. Cut into slices 2 cm thick.
  • Fold in bowl. Pour beer. Leave to marinate for one hour.
  • Remove excess moisture. Sprinkle with spices. Sprinkle with oil.
  • Smear the bowl of the multicooker. Warm up in “Baking” mode. Lay in one layer slices of meat.
  • Close the lid and fry for 15 minutes. Then gently turn the steaks and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Leave on preheating for 5-10 minutes, and then serve.

Pork steaks in a spicy marinade in a slow cooker


  • pork fillet - 500 g;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • rosemary, thyme - to taste;
  • salt;
  • lemon juice - 50 ml.

Method of preparation

  • Wash fillet of pork, dry, cut into portions.
  • In a bowl, mix lemon juice, chopped garlic, spices, oil and salt.
  • Marinate steaks for 1-2 hours in this mixture.
  • Dry them again. Grease the bowl of the multicooker, warm it up in the “Baking” mode. Lay on the bottom in one layer slices of meat. Fry them with the lid closed for 10 minutes on each side.
  • If you are not sure about the readiness of the steaks, they can be kept in the heating mode for another 5-10 minutes.

Pork steaks with paprika in a slow cooker


  • pork fillet - 500 g;
  • paprika - 1 tsp;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • juice of half a lemon.

Method of preparation

  • Pork fillet wash, dry. Cut into slices.
  • Mix the paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Pour meat over lemon juice. Oil well, sprinkle with spices. Leave for half an hour to marinate.
  • Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with oil. Warm up by installing the “Baking” or “Frying” program. Place the meat in the bowl. Fry for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Leave the steaks for a few minutes in a closed multicooker, and then place them on the plates.
